Designed to support the learning and development and/or group responsible for talent planning within an organization, the three part series will help you learn how to frame key concepts and paybacks of your plan through the use of three simple, tested tools for communicating quickly with executives.

For many, the term "manager" is an ambiguous title. Without a clear definition to say exactly what a manager does, there is little hope of finding the right development program that will meet your needs. By helping to clearly define the management role and responsibilities, you will be able to better understand the skills required to be successful, and the development plan to support them.
In this session you will:
- Define the term "manager".
- Provide a simple and compelling model of a managers job.
- Develop how to speak quantitatively about the value of good management.
- Learn and practice using the tools available.
